Abstract:[Abstract]Objective To explore the effect of Amiodarone in the treatment of arrhythmia and its influence on the level of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and heart rate variability in patients.Methods The clinical data of 68 patients with arrhythmia admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into experimental group and control group,with 34 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Propafenone Hydrochloride,and patients in the experimental group were treated with Amiodarone Hydrochloride Tablets.The clinical efficacy,total incidence rate of adverse reactions and cardiac function indexes(heart rate and left ventricular ejection fraction),serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein level,and heart rate variability parameters(standard diviation of NN intervals [SDNN],root mean square difference of RR interval [rMSSD],standard diviation average of NN intervals [SDANN],standard deviation of RR interval[RR-SDANN])before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate and serum hypersensitive C-reactive protein level of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The left ventricular ejection fraction of the two groups of patients after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,SDNN,rMSSD,SDANN,and RR-SDANN in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence rate of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone is more effective in the treatment of patients with arrhythmia,which can significantly enhance the cardiac function,reduce inflammation and increase the parameters of heart rate.
