Abstract:Objective To explore the construction and application of cluster management strategies in the operating room of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer. Methods A total of 106 patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer who admitted to Yichun People′s Hospital from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as research subjects.Patients were divided into control group (53 cases) and observation group (53 cases) by random number table method. The control group used traditional operating room care, and the observation group used operating room cluster management. The operation time, initial out-of-bed activity time, bowel sounds recovery time, length of stay in the hospital and the satisfaction of patients and physicians were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time, initial out-of-bed activity time, the recovery time of bowel sounds and the length of hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of doctors and patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing cluster management in the operating room for patients undergoing thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer can shorten the surgical treatment time and the patient′s disease recovery process, and at the same time can improve the satisfaction of patients and operating room physicians, and is worthy of application.
