Abstract:Objective To investigate the effectiveness and value of one-time root canal filling in the treatment of cracked teeth with pulpitis. Methods From January 2018 to January 2020, 62 patients with dental cryptic crack and pulpitis in the First people's Hospital of Ji'an City were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into control group (30 cases) and observation group (32 cases) by drawing lots. The control group was treated with multiple root canal filling, and the observation group was treated with one-time root canal filling. The short-term efficacy, pain grading, total incidence of adverse reactions, recurrence rate 6 months after operation and long-term efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the success rate of 1 year after operation was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain rate, the total incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate 6 months after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of disposable root canal filling technique in the treatment of dental cleft with pulpitis has the advantages of lighter pain, higher efficacy and safety, lower recurrence rate, significant long-term efficacy and high clinical application value
