Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract in the treatment of sudden hearing loss(SHL)and its influence on hearing level.Methods A total of 88 SHL patients admitted to eople′s Hospital of Ganzhou City from October 2018 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment,the control group was treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract,and the observation group was treated with hyperbaric oxygen based on the basis of the control group.The serum indexes,hemorheology indexes,hearing level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of nitric oxide(NO)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and lipid peroxide(LPO)were lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of NO and SOD in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the levels of CRP and LPO were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in hemorheology between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,plasma viscosity(PV),whole blood high shear viscosity(HSV)and low shear viscosity(LSV)of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,PV,HSV and LSV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no statistica lly significant differences in hearing levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold of high frequency region and low frequency region of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the hearing threshold in the high-frequency region and low-frequency region of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Ginkgo Biloba Extract can improve the serum indexes,correct abnormal hemorheology,and promote the recovery of hearing level in SHL patients,which is safe and reliable.
