基于微信的延续性护理对哮喘患儿的临床价值

摘要目的探讨基于微信的延续性护理对哮喘患儿的临床价值。方法选取2018年4月至2020年2月福建省南平市第一医院收治的116 例哮喘患儿为研究对象，采取随机数字表法分为试验组（58 例）、对照组（58 例）。对照组采用常规护理，试验组在对照组基础上采用延续性护理，比较两组的用药依从性、哮喘认知程度、吸入技术评分、哮喘控制率、肺功能指标、哮喘患者生活质量（AQLQ）评分的差异。结果护理前两组的用药依从性、哮喘认知程度、吸入技术、肺功能指标、AQLQ 评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；护理后两组的用药依从性、哮喘认知程度、吸入技术评分、哮喘控制率高于护理前，且试验组的用药依从性、哮喘认知程度、吸入技术评分、哮喘控制率高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后两组的肺功能指标水平、AQLQ 生活质量各项评分高于护理前，且护理后试验组的肺功能指标水平、AQLQ 生活质量各项评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论基于微信的延续性护理应用哮喘患儿能起到理想效果，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of WeChat based continuous nursing in children with asthma.Methods A total of 116 asthmatic children admitted to the First Hospital of Nanping City from April 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the study subjects and divided into the test group(n=58)and the control group(n=58)using random number table method,while the control group received usual care,and the test group applied continuing care on the basis of control group two groups regarding medication adherence,asthma perception,inhalation technique scores differences in asthma control rates,lung function measures,and quality of life(AQLQ)scores among patients with asthma.were compared.Results There were no significant differences in medication compliance,asthma awareness,inhalation technique,lung function index,AQLQ score between the two groups before nursing(P＞0.05);the test groups medication compliance and asthma awareness after nursing,the scores of inhalation technique and asthma control rate were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the lung function index levels and AQLQ quality of life scores of the test group after nursing were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant.Significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of WeChat based continuity care to asthmatic children is able to play a desirable role and deserves to be widely promoted in the clinic.
