Abstract：Objective Effect of visual dispersion nursing on pain and psychological status of children with congenital heart disease in intensive care unit.Methods 56 children with congenital heart disease admitted in the ICU of Fujian Provincial Hospital from January to December 2020 as the research objects，and divide them into the control group（n=28） and the observation group （n=28） according to random number table method.The control group adopts the ordinary nursing model，and the observation group adopts the visual dispersive nursing based on ordinary nursing,the family nursing l satisfaction，visual analogue scale （VAS） and medical fear scale score （CMFS） scale were compared between two groups.Results The nursing total satisfaction of the family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after taking nursing measures，and the difference was statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Before the nursing intervention，there was no significant difference in the VAS scale scores between the two groups of children （P＞0.05）;The VAS score of the observation group after nursing intervention was lower than that of the control group，the medical fear scale scores of the observation group were lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.The drug usage rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group，the length of stay in ICU was shorter than that of the control group，and the comfort score was higher than that of the control group，the differences were statistically significant （P＜0.05）.Conclusion The application of visual dispersion nursing in ICU congenital heart disease nursing has exact effect，which is conducive to improving the quality of nursing.
