Abstract：Kennedy′s disease is a rare nervous system degenerative disease,clinical performance because of its lack of specificity,It′s easy to misdiagnose and miss diagnosis.The diagnosis and differentiation of Kennedy′s disease were discussed through the neuroelectrophysiological changes and clinical characteristics.Genetic testing is still the gold standard for the diagnosis of Kennedy′s disease,which should be differentiated from amyotrophic laternal sclerosis in the early diagnosis.At present,there is no effective treatment for Kennedy′s disease,so early diagnosis and prevention are particularly important.In order to improve clinicians′ understanding of Kennedy′s disease,this article reviewed the clinical data of a patient with Kennedy′s disease who visited Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from 2014 to 2020,analyzed the neuroelectrophysiology,clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment process,combined with literature review,emphasized the early differential diagnosis of Kennedy′s disease.
