Abstract:Objective To discuss the construction and implementation effect of nursing care for graded postpartum contraction pain in multiparae. Methods From August 2019 to July 2020,98 cases of multiparae with uterine contraction pain during the puerperium after vaginal delivery were selected. They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,49 cases in each group. The two groups were divided into three subgroups: mild pain, moderate pain, and severe pain according to the degree of postpartum contraction pain.In the observation group,22 cases were mild,16 cases were moderate, and 13 cases were severe. In the control group, there were 22 mild cases,16 moderate, and 13 case vere severe. In the observing group, graded pain management was used, and in the control group, routine pain nursing intervention was adopted. The pain degree of the two groups at different times, the effect of postpartum contractions, and the postpartum comfort scores of the two groups were compared. Results The numerical rating scale(NRS)scores of multiparaeat different pain degrees(mild, moderate, severe)in the two groups gradually decreased with the extension of the postpartum time(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the NRS scores of the multiparae at different pain degrees(mild, moderate, severe)between the two groups on the day after delivery(P>0.05).The NRS scores of the multiparae in the observation group at different pain levels(mild, moderate, severe)were all lower than those of the control group on the 1,2,and 3 days after delivery(P<0.05).The score of effect of pain on the body and daily life, the satisfaction score for education on pain control, the satisfaction score for pain control methods, and the total score of effect of postpartum contraction pain in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the physical comfort scores, mental comfort scores,or sociocultural comfort scores of the two groups on the day after delivery(P>0.05).The physical comfort scores and mental comfort scores of the two groups on the third day after delivery were higher than those of the group on the postpartum day,and the observation group′s physical comfort scores and the mental comfort scores on the third day after delivery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of sociocultural comfort between the two groups on the third day after delivery(P>0.05).Conclusion The management of the graded postpartum contraction pain for the multiparae can effectively alleviate the uterine contraction pain, increase their comfort, improve the their satisfaction on nursing, and create a harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
