Abstract:Objective Discuss the application effect of evidence-based nursing in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma(PICC)radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,100 patients with synchronous radiotherapy and chemotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma PICC catheterization admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected as the research subjects. It was divided into the control group(50 cases)and the observation group(50 cases)follow the double-blind method. The control group was treated with routine nursing assistance, the observation group used evidence-based nursing intervention at the same time as routine nursing,self-rating depression scale(SDS)and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)scores, quality of life scores, and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results There were no significant of SDS,SAS and quality of life scores before nursing in the two groups(P>0.05).Two groups of the SDS and SAS scores after nursing were lower than before nursing, and the quality of life score was higher than before nursing, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the SDS and SAS scores in observation group after nursing were lower than those in control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Total incidence of complication in the observation group was 12.00%,lower than that in the control group(32.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with synchronous radiotherapy PICC chemotherapy and catheterization, the value of anxiety and depression decreased, the quality of life improved obviously, and the probability of complications decreased, which is worthy of clinical application.
