Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of oblique lithotomy position in percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL).Methods The clinical data of 95 patients with complex renal calculi in Department of Urology,People′s Hospital of Heyuan from January 2016 to August 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different positions of PCNL,the clinical data of 50 patients with PCNL in oblique supine lithotomy position guided by ultrasound were included in group A,and the clinical data of 45 patients with PCNL in traditional prone position guided by ultrasound were included in group B.The related operation indexes, postoperative fever rate and one-stage stone removal rate were compared between the two groups; the patients were followed up for 3 months after operation, and the incidence of postoperative complications was compared between the two groups during the follow-up period. Results The intraoperative blood loss of group A was less than that of group B,the time of body position, operation time and hospital stay of group A were shorter than those of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the stone clearance rate of group A was higher than that of group B,the fever rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate of group A was lower than that of group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of PCNL treatment in patients with renal calculi under the guidance of supine lithotomy position B ultrasound is better, which can reduce the amount of blood loss, shorten the time of placement position, operation time and hospitalization time, and can effectively improve the rate of primary stone clearance, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and fever rate, with better surgical effect.
