Abstract:Objective To explore the ameliorative effect of early care on improving the psychology, complications and quality of life of patients with macular edema. Methods A total of 78 cases macular edema treated in Dalian Third People′s Hospital from November 2018 to June 2020 were selected as the research objects, according to random number table method, they were divided into the control group (39 cases) and research group (39 cases). The control group used conventional nursing, the research group used the early nursing intervention. The negative emotions, the quality of life(CLVQOL) score and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results The scores of Zung′s self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) two groups after nursing were lower than before nursing,and the total CLVQOL score was higher than before nursing,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the SAS and SDS scores of the research group were lower than those of the control group after nursing,and the total CLVQOL score was higher than tthat of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the reaearch group (2.56%) was lower than that in the control group (15.38%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Early nursing can improve the negative emotions of patients with macular edema, improve the quality of life, reduce the incidence of complications, has the value of promotion.
