Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of implementing crisis nursing management theory on the delivery outcomes in puerperae. Methods A total of 108 women who delivered in Dalian Women and Children′s Medical Center from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 54 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group received nursing intervention with crisis nursing management theory. The stage of labor, mode of delivery, postpartum complications, occurrence of adverse neonatal outcomes and maternal satisfaction with nursing were compared between the two groups. Results The first, second and third stages of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The rate of natural delivery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the rate of cesarean section and vaginal delivery were lower than those in the control group, the difference of delivery mode between the two groups was statistically significant. The total incidence of postpartum complications and the total incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of crisis nursing management theory in the process of childbirth can shorten the labor stages, improve the delivery outcome, and reduce the incidence of complications, so as to improve the satisfaction of the puerperae.
