Abstract:Objective To analyze the overall situation of radiological protection training, dose detection and occupational health examination for hospital radiological workers in Guangdong Province in 2019.Methods A total of 646 radiological workers from three Grade A hospitals in Guangdong Province from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. The radiant dose level and health physical examination results of the subjects were stcounted, and the abnormal health physical examination of the hospital radiation staff with different professional categories and different length of service were compared. Results Annual radiant dose level of >1.0 mSv was 9.6% (62/646), annual radiant dose level of 0.5-1.0 mSv was 37.2% (240/646), annual radiant dose level of <0.5 mSv was 53.3% (344/646).A total of 646 hospital radiation staff receiving healthy physical examination, the highest rate of abnormalities was the eyes (24.5%[158/646]).The abnormal health physical examination of hospital radiation staff of different professional categories was compared, with no statistical significance (P>0.05).With the length of service, the incidence of ophthalmology, electrocardiogram and abnormal blood pressure also increased, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The average doses of radiation workers included in this study in 2019 are all within the range required by the corresponding standards. The highest rate of abnormalities detected in the 2019 Health Check is for the eyes.
