Abstract：Objective To understand the real feelings about professional identification of health management major students in order to provide reference basis for educators and supervisors majoring in health management.Methods A phenomenological approach in qualitative research was adopted to in-depth interviewed for 16 students majoring in health management grade 2015 and 2016.Content analysis method was used for data analysis.Results Optimistic job prospects,catering to interests and demands were the main reasons for choosing a health management major.Abundant knowledge and skills of health management,optimistic job prospects,and be conducive to self-health management were the positive influence factors influencing professional identification;learning was extensive but not specialized is negative factors.Conclusion Health management students have a higher professional identity,and the personnel training program needs to be further improved,and provide more practice and training platform for students.
