Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristics of color Doppler sonography and hemodynamics of ovarian tumors in menopausal women. Methods The clinical data of 100 menopausal ovarian tumor patients admitted to the Department of Ultrasound of Jinzhou Central Hospital from July 2017 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. The final pathological diagnosis result was taken as the gold standard, including 68 cases of benign tumors (benign group)and 32 cases of malignant tumors (malignant group), and the characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography and hemodynamic indexes of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results The proportion of unilateral incidence in the benign group was higher than that in the malignant group, the proportion of morphological rules was higher than that in the malignant group, the proportion of normal wall structure was higher than that in the malignant group, and the proportion of ascites was lower than that in the malignant group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the maximum diameter of the unilateral ovary between the two groups(P<0.05).The end diastolic velocity (Ved), peak systolic velocity (Vps), and mean velocity (VM) of the malignant group were higher than those of the benign group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The pulsatility index index (PI) and resistance index (RI) of the malignant group were lower than those of the benign group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion The characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography and hemodynamics of benign and malignant ovarian tumors in menopausal women are obviously different, which can be used as the basis for clinical diagnosis and suitable for promotion.
