Objective To investigate the effect of acupuncture assisted anesthesia on pain and hemodynamics in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods A total of 72 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into control group(36 cases)and experimental group(36 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the experimental group was given acupuncture as auxiliary general anesthesia.The surgical conditions,the pain degree before and 12 and 24 h after surgery,the hemodynamics before anesthesia(T0),endotracheal intubation(T1),15 min after pneumoperitoneum establishment(T2),and at the end of anesthesia(T3)of the two groups were compared.Results There were no significant differences in the intraoperative blood loss,pneumoperitoneum time and anesthesia time between the two groups(P＞0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at 12 and 24 h after surgery in both groups were lower than those before surgery,and the VAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group at 12 and 24 h after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Heart rate(HR)and mean arterial blood pressure(MAP)in experimental groups at T1-T3 were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in blood oxygen saturation(SpO2)between the two groups at each time point(P＞0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture assisted anesthesia can improve hemodynamics and alleviate pain in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and has no side effect on the operation process.
