Influence of precision nursing intervention on renal function and inflammatory state of patients after renal tumor surgery

Abstract：Objective To study the effect of precision nursing intervention on renal function and inflammatory state of patients after renal tumor surgery.Methods A total of 40 postoperative renal tumor patients who were admitted to Ganzhou Cancer Hospital in Jiangxi Province from July 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20)by random number table method.Patients in the control group underwent routine nursing intervention,and in the observation group,precision nursing intervention was adopted.Both groups had intervention for two weeks.The clinical efficacy,renal function including 24 h urine protein(24 h UP),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),creatinine(SCr)]and inflammatory state including tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-1(IL-1)before intervention and two weeks after intervention were compared in the two groups.Results The overall response rate of the observation group was 80.00%,higher than that of the control group of 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in 24 h UP,BUN,or SCr level between the two groups(P＞0.05).The levels of 24 h UP,serum BUN,and SCr levels of the observation group after two weeks of intervention were lower than those before the intervention,the levels of 24 h UP,serum BUN and SCr of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after two weeks of intervention,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the levels of serum TNF-α and IL-1 didn′t differ statistically(P＞0.05).After two weeks of intervention,the serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels of the observation group were lower than those before intervention,serum TNF-α and IL-1 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Precise nursing intervention can enhance the renal function of patients after renal tumor surgery,and meanwhile regulate the body′s inflammatory state,promote the recovery of the disease,and improve the prognosis.
