Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of compound technology in the treatment of aortic dissection.Methods Thirty patients with aortic dissection admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital from January 2015 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a study group according to the lottery method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given chimney technique + aortic stent graft treatment,and the study group was given compound technique treatment.The surgical indicators,liver and kidney function indicators before and after surgery,postoperative complications,deaths during follow-up and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time of the study group was longer than that of the reference group,the hospital stay was shorter than that of the reference group,and the medical expense was lower than that of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the comparison of intraoperative blood loss between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Before and after operation,there were no significant differences in liver and renal function indexes between two groups(P>0.05).The levels of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase,serum creatinine and serum urea in the study group were higher than those before operation,the levels of glutamic oxalacetic transaminase,glutamic pyruvic transaminase and serum urea in control group were higher than before operation,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).During the follow-up period,there was no death in the two groups,and there was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Compound technique in the treatment of aortic dissection can shorten the length of hospital stay,reduce medical costs,and do not cause obvious damage to liver and kidney function,the prognosis is good,worthy of extensive use.
