Abstract:Objective To investigate the influence of team management on cancer-related fatigue, quality of life and complications in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods A total of 56 patients with breast cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the study objects, and they were divided into the comparison group(28 cases)and the experimental group(28 cases)according to before and after the implementation of team management mode(May 2019).The comparison group received routine nursing intervention, and the experimental group carried out team management. The cancer-related fatigue score, quality of life and the incidence of surgical complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant differences in the score of cancer-related fatigue between the two groups before management(P<0.05).The score of cancer-related fatigue in the two groups after management were lower than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of cancer-related fatigue in the experimental group after management was lower than that in the comparison group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the quality of life scores between the two groups before management(P>0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups after management were higher than those before management, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the experimental group after management were higher than those of the comparison group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications such as subcutaneous hydrops, infection and upper limb edema in the experimental group was 10.71%,which was lower than that in the comparison group(28.56%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Team management can not only improve the living standard of postoperative patients with breast cancer, but also further ensure the safety of surgery, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the patients′ cancer-related fatigue, with higher clinical application value.
