Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical value of 64 slice spiral CT and post-processing technology in preoperative staging of colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 90 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to Jianli People′s Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively selected as the research object.Postoperative pathological results were used as the gold standard for diagnosis and staging of colorectal cancer,and the application value of 64-slice spiral CT and post-processing technology in preoperative staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer was analyzed.Results Pathological examination showed that in 90 patients with colorectal cancer,there were 8 cases of T1 stage,13 cases of T2 stage,55 cases of T3 stage and 14 cases of T4 stage.7 cases of stage N0,70 cases of stage N1 and 13 cases of stage N2.M1 stage 20 cases.In the T1-T4 stage diagnosis of colorectal cancer,the sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT was 100.00%,76.92%,81.82%,100.00%,and the specificity was 100.00%,87.01%,91.43%,100.00%,respectively.The accuracy was 100.00%,85.56%,85.56%,100.00%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 85.56%(77/90). Kappa consistency test showed good consistency between 64-slice spiral CT and pathological examination results(Kappa=0.772,P=0.000).In the N0-N2 stage diagnosis of colorectal cancer,the sensitivity of 64-slice spiral CT was 100.00%,77.14%,84.62%,the specificity was 100.00%,90.00%,79.22%,and the accuracy was 100.00%,80.00%,80.00%,respectively.The diagnostic coincidence rate was 80.00%(72/90). Kappa consistency test showed that 64-slice spiral CT was in good agreement with pathological examination(Kappa=0.570,P=0.002).In the diagnosis of M staging of colorectal cancer,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of 64-slice spiral CT were all 100.00%,and the diagnostic coincidence rate was 100.00%(90/90).Kappa consistency test showed that 64-slice spiral CT was in good agreement with pathological examination results(Kappa=1.000,P=0.000).Conclusion The application value of 64 slice spiral CT and post-processing technology in preoperative staging diagnosis of colorectal cancer is high,which provides reference for clinical differential diagnosis and is worthy of promotion and application.
