Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of intraoperative ultrasound on the residual and recurrence rate of fibroids in laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods A total of 60 patients with uterine fibroids treated in the Second People′s Hospital of Nankang District from April 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)according to the touch ball method.Basic luminal mirror myomectomy was performed in the control group, and ultrasonic-guided luminal mirror myomectomy was performed in the observation group. The operative indexes, residual rate of uterine fibroids, postoperative disease recurrence rate and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss, operation time, hospital stay and postoperative exhaust time between the two groups(P>0.05).The fibroid residual rate, recurrence rate 6 months after operation and the total incidence of complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy under the guidance of ultrasound can not only reduce the residual fibroids, but also control the recurrence of disease and reduce postoperative complications.
