Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between job burnout and state of mind of nurses in emergency department.Methods From January 2019 to May 2020,50 emergency department nurses without job burnout in Fushun Central Hospital were selected as the control group,and 50 nurses with job burnout in Fushun Central Hospital during the same period were selected as the observation group.Mood state scale(POMS)and Zung scale were used to evaluate the mood state of the two groups.The POMS scale and Zung scale scores of the two groups were compared,and the above scale scores of nursing staff with different degrees of job burnout in the observation group were compared,and the relationship between the POMS scale and Zung scale scores and job burnout degree was analyzed.Results The POMS scores of energy and self-esteem in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of tension,anger,fatigue,depression and panic in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Zung scale scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the POMS scores of energy and self-esteem of nurses with severe job burnout were lower than those of mild and moderate patients,other scores were higher than those of mild and moderate patients,and Zung scores were higher than those of mild and moderate patients,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the energy and self-esteem scores of POMS scale were negatively correlated with job burnout,while the scores of other POMS scales and Zung scale were positively correlated with job burnout(P<0.05).Conclusion The job burnout of nurses in emergency department is closely related to their state of mind,it is necessary to pay attention to the psychological counseling and humanistic care of nurses in emergency department.
