Application of group perinatal health nursing in parturient

Abstract:Objective To explore the influence of group health care on postpartum nursing satisfaction rate, postpartum breastfeeding rate and postpartum anxiety/depression mood. Methods A total of 89 cases of parturient treated in Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2019 to June 2020 were selected as subjects of the study. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the experimental group(48 cases) and the control group (41 cases).The experimental group was given group perinatal health nursing and the control group was given routine nursing intervention, nursing satisfaction rate, postpartum breastfeeding rate and postpartum anxiety/depression mood were compared between the two groups. Results The total satisfaction of postpartum care in the experimental group (93.75%) was higher than that in the control group (70.73%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01).The rate of postpartum breastfeeding in the experimental group (73.33%) was higher than that in the control group (51.22%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS) in the experimental group and the control group after intervention were lower than those before intervention, the scores of SAS, SDS in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Group perinatal health nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of postpartum nursing, improve the rate of postpartum breastfeeding, relieve postpartum anxiety and depression mood, and has clinical application value.
