Abstract:Objective To explore the application of dual-link synergetic psychological nursing in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis during the perioperative period.Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with acute calculous cholecystitis who underwent surgeries in Dexing People′s Hospital, Jiangxi Province from July 2019 to January 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical data of 31 patients who received conventional nursing were classified as the control group, and the clinical data of 29 patients who were provided with conventional nursing+dual-link synergetic psychological nursing were classified as the observation group.The psychological status, complications, and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After one week of nursing, the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-rating depression scale (SDS) of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).After one week of nursing, the quality of life scale (QOL) score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Dual-link synergetic psychological nursing can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with acute calculous cholecystitis, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve their QOL scores.
