GLTC医患沟通模式在三叉神经痛患者护理中的应用

摘要目的探讨GLTC 医患沟通模式在三叉神经痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年8月江西省上饶市第五人民医院收治的80 例三叉神经痛患者作为研究对象，根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组各40 例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上加用GLTC 医患沟通模式干预。比较两组的焦虑程度、抑郁程度、治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果护理后4 周，两组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分低于护理前，且观察组的HAMA、HAMD 评分低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后4 周，观察组的治疗总依从性高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。护理后4 周，观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论三叉神经痛患者护理采用GLTC 医患沟通模式干预效果较好，可有效减轻患者的焦虑及抑郁程度，提升治疗依从性，提高患者护理满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of GLTC doctor-patient communication model in the nursing of patients with trigeminal neuralgia.Methods A total of 80 patients with trigeminal neuralgia treated in the Fifth People′s Hospital of Shangrao City, Jiangxi Province from January 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group used routine nursing, and the observation group used GLTC doctor-patient communication mode to implement intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The anxiety, depression, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results At 4 weeks after nursing, the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) scores of the two groups were lower than those before nursing, and HAMA, HAMD scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).At 4 weeks after nursing, the treatment total compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).At 4 weeks after nursing, the nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The GLTC doctor-patient communication model used in the nursing of patients with trigeminal neuralgia to implement intervention has a better effect, which can effectively reduce the anxiety and depression of patients, improve treatment compliance, and improve the nursing satisfaction of patients.
