Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of stepwise speech rehabilitation nursing intervention in speech disorder patients with Parkinson′s disease (PD).Methods A total of 84 patients with speech disorder of PD admitted to Shenyang Fifth People′s Hospital,Liaoning Province from July 2016 to July 2019 were selected.According to the admission sequence,they were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,stepwise speech rehabilitation nursing intervention was used in the observation group.The noise disturbance index before and after nursing,speech expression ability and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the score of voice disorder index before nursing between the two groups (P＞0.05).The score of noise disorder index after nursing in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Speech expression ability and total satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion It is of high value to provide stepwise speech rehabilitation nursing intervention for speech disorder patients with PD.
