Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in children with hand,foot and mouth disease(HFMD).Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,160 children with HFMD treated in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)by the random digital table method.The children in the control group were given routine nursing,and the children in the observation group were given evidence-based nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing.The symptom improvement time,compliance of nursing process and total nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The time of antirash,antipyretic,pharyngeal pain disappearance and appetite improvement in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The compliance of behavior,exercise,diet and medication of the children in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the family of the children in the observation group was 96.25%,which was higher than that of the control group(78.75%),and the differencewas statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the course of the treatment of HFMD,by evidence-based nursing intervention,the children compliance in the course of treatment can be improved,the treatment effect is guaranteed,the recovery of the child is promoted,and the nursing satisfaction of the children′s family is improved.
