Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect ofmicro-lesson combined with simulated operating room training mode teaching in operating room nursing students.Methods A total of 200 nursing students who came to our hospital from March 2016 to December 2018 were selected as subjects for retrospective analysis.They were divided into control group(n=100)and observation group(n=100)according to different teaching methods.In the control group,nursing students received the traditional clinical nursing teaching mode,and in the observation group,they received the micro-lesson combined with simulated operating room training mode.The theoretical and operational performance levels and total teaching satisfaction of the two groups of students were compared after 4 weeks.Results The theoretical score of the observation group was(80.93±5.14)points,higher than that of the control group([76.28±5.72]points)(P<0.05).The operation score of the observation group was(88.73±4.84)points,which was also higher than that of the control group([81.32±5.48]points)(P<0.05).In the observation group,the total teaching satisfaction was 96.00%,higher than that of the control group accounting for 81.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Themicro-lesson combined with simulated operating room training mode nursing teaching can improve themastery of the theoretical knowledge and operational skills of nursing students,and also increase the satisfaction of nursing students on nursing teaching.
