Abstract:Objective To explore the application of vacuum-assisted rotational breast biopsy (VABB) in screening suspicious breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 207 patients with breast tumors treated in our hospital from November 2017 to February 2018 was selected as the research objects.According to the method of voluntary grouping, the patients were divided into study group (106 cases) and control group (101 cases). The study group was given VABB biopsy and the control group was given open surgery biopsy. The incision length, operation time, bleeding volume, bandaging experience, complications, postoperative satisfaction, breast conserving rate and follow-up results were compared between the two groups. Results The incision length and operation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group, and the satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bandaging experience score between the two groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference in malignancy, lymphatic positive and breast-conserving rate between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusion VABB has the advantages of minimally invasive, aesthetic, puncture biopsy and excision of multiple tumors at one time.It can be standardized in the screening of suspected breast cancer tumors. The treatment of breast cancer deserves further study.
