Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of path nursing on improving the quality of life of stroke patients (CVA).Methods From February 2017 to January 2019, 98 CVA patients admitted to the our hospital were selected, they were divided into routine group and intervention group by the random number table method, 49 cases in each group. The routine group was given routine nursing management, and the intervention group was given routine nursing intervention.After 28 days of intervention, the activities of daily living (ADL) and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After 28 days of intervention, ADL score of intervention group was higher than that of routine group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The concise health status questionnaire (SF-36) score of intervention group was higher than that of routine group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Path nursing management for CVA patients can effectively improve their activities of daily living and significantly improve their quality of life.
