Abstract:Objective To investigate the application effect of standardized nursing in male perineal ostomy patients. Methods A total of 52 patients with perineal ostomy who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to March 2019 were selected objects of study.According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group(26 cases)and observation group(26 cases). The control group used conventional nursing methods and the observation group implemented standardized nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The nursing effect, adverse events(fever, urinary tract infection, lymph node metastasis),the length of stay in hospital, and the quality of life before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total qualified rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events after intervention in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The length of stay in the observation group was(10.49±4.68)d,shorter than that in the control group([14.95±3.41]d),with statistical difference(P<0.05).The scores of the quality of life(except the physiological dimension)of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized nursing has a good effect in male perineal ostomy patients, which can improve the quality of life of patients, and it has great significance for clinical research.
