改良式置管结合超声影像技术在肠梗阻患者胃肠减压护理中的应用效果

摘要目的探讨改良式置管结合超声影像技术在肠梗阻患者胃肠减压护理中的应用效果。方法选取2017年4月～2019年4月我院胃肠减压护理的80 例肠梗阻患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组各40 例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组采用改良式置管结合超声影像技术护理，比较观察组体表与实际置管长度和两组胃肠减压效果。结果观察组体表测量置管长度短于实际置管长度，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）；观察组第1、2 天的胃液引流量高于对照组，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）；观察组胃肠减压第1、2 天恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹胀症状发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）；观察组总满意度为97.50%，高于对照组的80.00%，差异有统计学的意义（P＜0.05）。结论在胃肠减压治疗中应用超声影像技术护理，能有效引流胃液，提高肠梗阻患者的治疗效果，促进康复，提高患者满意度。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application effect of modified catheterization combined with ultrasound imaging technology in gastrointestinal decompression nursing for patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods A total of 80 patients with intestinal obstruction received by gastrointestinal decompression nursing from April 2017 to April 2019 were selected as research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given modified catheterization combined with ultrasound imaging technology nursing. The length of body surface and actual catheterization in observation group and the effect of gastrointestinal decompression in two groups were compared. Results The length of catheter in observation group was shorter than the actual length of catheter, with statistical difference(P＜0.05); the gastric juice drainage in observation group were higher than those in control group on the first and second days, with statistical differences (P＜0.05); the occurrence rates of nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and abdominal distension symptoms on the first and second days of gastrointestinal decompression in observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P ＜0.05). The rate of satisfaction in observation group was(97.50%), which was higher than that of the control group (80.00%), the difference was statistically significance (P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound imaging nursing in gastrointestinal decompression treatment can effectively drain gastric juice,improve the therapeutic effect of patients with intestinal obstruction, promote rehabilitation and improve satisfaction.
