经腹、经阴道二维超声联合三维超声对子宫内膜息肉的鉴别诊断价值

摘要目的探讨经腹、经阴道二维超声联合三维超声对子宫内膜息肉的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取2018年1月～2019年2月我院妇科收治的264 例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象，均进行经腹部二维超声、经阴道二维超声、经阴道三维超声检查，比较不同检查方法的检查结果。结果不同超声检查的阳性率均为50.8%。经腹、经阴道二维超声+经阴道三维超声检查的灵敏度、特异度、准确度均高于其他检查，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论二维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉具有一定的效果，三维超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的准确性更高，而经腹、经阴道二维超声与三维超声联合检查能够有效诊断子宫内膜息肉。

Abstract：Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in endometrial polyps. Methods From January 2018 to February 2019, 264 patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to the department of gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined by transabdominal two-dimensional ultrasound, transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound, and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. The results of different inspection methods were compared. Results The positive rate of different ultrasonography was 50.8%. The sensitivity, specificity,and accuracy of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of other methods, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial polyps by two-dimensional ultrasound has a certain effect. The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps is higher, and the combination of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound can effectively diagnose the endometrial polyps.
