Differential diagnosis value of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in endometrial polyps
Abstract:Objective To explore the differential diagnosis value of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound in endometrial polyps. Methods From January 2018 to February 2019, 264 patients with suspected endometrial polyps admitted to the department of gynecology of our hospital were selected as the research subjects. All patients were examined by transabdominal two-dimensional ultrasound, transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound, and transvaginal three-dimensional ultrasound. The results of different inspection methods were compared. Results The positive rate of different ultrasonography was 50.8%. The sensitivity, specificity,and accuracy of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound combined with three-dimensional ultrasound were higher than those of other methods, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial polyps by two-dimensional ultrasound has a certain effect. The accuracy of three-dimensional ultrasound in diagnosis of endometrial polyps is higher, and the combination of transabdominal and transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and three-dimensional ultrasound can effectively diagnose the endometrial polyps.
