Abstract:Objective To investigate the feasibility,practicability and science of hand,axillary body pad and Z-shaped bracket in neurosurgery.Methods From September 2017 to August 2018,60 patients undergoing neurosurgery in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine method (traditional lateral lying,lateral prone position placement).The observation group was given lateral lying,lateral prone position ″Z″ support,hand,axillary body pad,and nursing intervention was strengthened to compare the injury rate between the two groups.Results The total incidence of body injury in the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than that in the control group (30.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Z-shaped support and hand,axillary body pad for lateral and lateral prone position have good practical value in neurosurgery.
