Abstract:Objective To improve the quality of outpatient service and provide high-quality, efficient, convenient and comprehensive services for patients.Methods A total of 800 outpatients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (400 cases) and experimental group (400 cases) according to the order of admission.The control group adopted the routine nursing service method,while the experimental group adopted the "one-stop" service method.The two groups were compared in terms of satisfaction and average visit time.Results After the intervention, the satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).After the intervention, the average visiting time of the patients in the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The reformed outpatient service "one-stop service center" has played an important role in improving service levels, simplifying outpatient visits and procedures, saving precious time for patients, improving patients′ sense of medical treatment and satisfaction, and also embodying the spirit of high-quality, efficient and convenient humanistic service.
