经颅磁刺激联合语言干预治疗脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓的临床效果

摘要目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合语言干预治疗脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓的临床效果。方法选取2017年1月〜2019年1月我院小儿脑病科收治的64例脑瘫伴语言发育迟缓患儿作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和研究组，每组各32例。参照组患儿进行系统的语言训练干预，研究组患儿则在参照组基础上联合经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组的治疗效果与语言康复情况。结果研究组的治疗总有效率高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗前，两组的语言理解商和语言表达商评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。治疗后，两组的语言理解和语言表达商评分均高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，研究组的语言理解和语言表达商评分高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论采用经颅磁刺激联合语言干预治疗脑瘫患儿语言发育迟缓，能提高其临床治疗效果，促进患儿语言系统发育，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical effect of transcranial stimulation combined with language intervention in the treatment of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy.Methods From January 2017 to January 2019,64 cases of cerebral palsy children with language retardation admitted to the department of pediatric encephalopathy in our hospital were selected as the subjects,they were divided into reference group and study group by the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The children in the reference group were treated with systematic language training intervention,while the children in the study group were treated with transcranial stimulation on the basis of reference group.The treatment effect and speech rehabilitation of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in language comprehension quotient and language expression quotient scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of language comprehension and language expression quotient in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After treatment,The scores of language comprehension and language expression quotient in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Transcranial stimulation combined with language intervention in the treatment of language retardation in children with cerebral palsy can improve the clinical treatment effect and promote the development of children′s language system,which is worthy of clinical popularization.
