护理干预对精神分裂症患者行低频经颅磁刺激治疗的影响

摘要目的探讨精神分裂症患者行低频经颅磁刺激（rTMS）治疗时接受针对性护理干预的影响。方法选取2016年8月～2017年8月我院行rTMS治疗的精神分裂症患者96例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为参照组和试验组，每组48例。参照组接受常规护理，试验组则在其基础上给予针对性护理干预。比较两组患者的治疗完成情况、治疗前后阳性、阴性症状评分情况以及生活质量评分。结果试验组40例（83.3%）完成全部治疗，6例（12.5%）完成11～19次治疗；参照组31例（64.6%）完成全部治疗，10例（20.8%）完成11～19次治疗，试验组完成治疗的比例明显高于参照组，差异有统计学意义（χ2=8.853，P＜0.05）。干预前，两组患者的PANSS评分以及生活质量评分比较，差异均无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。干预后两组患者的PANSS评分以及生活质量评分均有所改善，试验组的阳性症状、阴性症状量表评分明显低于参照组，而生活质量评分显著高于参照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论精神分裂症患者行低频经颅磁刺激治疗时接受针对性的护理干预能明显提高治疗的完成情况，促进患者精神症状的改善，从而提高治疗效果和患者的生活质量，值得临床进行推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the influence of nursing intervention on patients with schizophrenia treated with low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation　（rTMS）.MethodsA total of 96 schizophrenic patients treated with RTMS in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected as the research object.They were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method,with 48 cases in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received targeted nursing intervention based on it.The treatment completion status,positive and negative symptom scores before and after treatment and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared.ResultsA total of 40 cases(83.3%)in the experimental group completed all the treatments and 6 cases(12.5%)completed 11 to 19 treatments.In the reference group,31 cases(64.6%)completed all the treatments and 10 cases(20.8%)completed 11 to 19 treatments.The proportion of the treatment completed in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=8.853,P＜0.05）.Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in PANSS scores and quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,PANSS scores and quality of life scores of the two groups of patients were improved.The scores of positive and negative symptom scales in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,while the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionThe patients with schizophrenia received targeted nursing intervention during the treatment of low frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation,which can obviously improve the completion of the treatment and the improvement of the mental symptoms of the patients,thus improving the therapeutic effect and the quality of life of the patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
