Abstract:Objective To investigate the short-term clinical effect of spinal pelvic internal fixation in the treatment of Tile C posterior pelvic ring fractures. Methods A total of 38 patients with Tile C posterior pelvic ring fracture treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group (28 patients, received spinal pelvic internal fixation) and the control group (10 patients, received open plate internal fixation) according to different treatment methods. The short-term clinical effect of the two groups was compared. Results The operation time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the amount of bleeding of the observation group was less than that of the control group, and the failure rate of internal fixation of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The excellent and good condition of Majeed scores in the observation group at 1 and 3 months after operation were better than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional open plate internal fixation, spine pelvis internal fixation can shorten the operation time of Tile C posterior pelvic ring fracture patients, reduce the amount of bleeding, improve the success rate of internal fixation, and improve the Majeed score, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
