Abstract:Objective To investigate clinical effect of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction at different time points in treatment for unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injury. Methods A total of 148 patients with unilateral anterior cruciate ligament injury treated in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as subjects, and they were divided into two groups by random number table method,74 cases in each group. The control group received arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction after injury 3 weeks. The observation group received arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction within injury 3 weeks. The joint range of motion and knee function were measured before and after treatment. The clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the joint range of motion,Tegner knee motion standard (Tegner) score,IKDC knee joint evaluation system (IKDC) score and Lysholm knee joint scale (Lysholm) score of patients in the two groups were all higher than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The Kt2000 30° and Kt2000 90° of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the joint range of motion,Tegner score,IKDC score and Lysholm score of the observation group were all higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The Kt2000 30° and Kt2000 90° in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction within injury 3 weeks can significantly improve knee function, which can also improve efficacy and safety.
