Abstract:Objective To compare the application effect of two suture methods in thoracoscopic lobectomy. Methods The clinical data of 200 patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy who were admitted and treated in Weifang People′s Hospital from July to November 2019 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different suture methods, the patients were divided into control group (n=100) and study group (n=100). The control group was treated with a traditional suture method while the study group was subjected to intradermal suture with 4-0 Prolene. The speed of incision suture, the suture time, scar area, pain score on the 3rd day after surgery, fat liquefaction and incision infection were compared between the two groups. Results The speed of incision suture in the study group was slower than that in the control group (P<0.05),the suture time in the study group was longer than that in the study group (P<0.05),and the area of scar in the study group was smaller than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the total incidence of complications in the study group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05),and the class A healing rate of incision in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in pain score on the 3rd day after surgery and healing time (P>0.05). Conclusion Intradermal suture applied in thoracoscopic lobectomy can significantly reduce scar hyperplasia, achieve less scar or even no scar, which is worthy of all-round promotion and application.
