Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with self-made Tongru Decoction for the treatment of postpartum milk deficiency. Methods From January 2018 to August 2019,postpartum milk deficiency women admitted to the obstetrics and gynecology department of our hospital were selected as the research subjects, and 80 cases of them were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the sealed envelope opaque method,40 cases in each group. The women in the control group were simply treated with self-made Tongru Decoction, and the women in the observation group combined with acupuncture on this basis. The clinical efficacy, traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and lactation scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in the amount of lactation, breast filling, milk quality, milk stasis and daily urination of infants scores in the two groups (P>0.05). The lactation scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, and the lactation scores of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongru Decoction is more accurate, which can not only improve the clinical symptoms of the women, but also improve the quality of lactation. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
