Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream combined with Desonide Cream in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 110 patients with chronic eczema treated in our hospital from February 2017 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into experimental group and reference group according to the random number table method,with 55cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with Desonide Cream,the experimental group patients were treated with Desonide Cream and Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream.The clinical effect and recovery of symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the symptoms scores of pruritus,thickness,elasticity and color before treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).At 3and 5months after treatment,the symptoms scores of pruritus,thickness,elasticity and color of patients in the two groupswere lower than those before treatment,and the symptoms scores of pruritus,thickness,elasticity and color of patients in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group at 3and 5months after treatment,and the differenceswere statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence ofmild cauterization in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the recurrence rate at3and 5months after treatmentwas lower than that in the reference group,with statistically significant differences(P＜0.05).The incidence ofmild cauterization in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group,and the recurrence rates of chronic eczema at 3and 5months after treatment were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream and Desonide Cream in patients with chronic eczema has excellent clinical effect,and it can improve the pruritus,thickness,elasticity,color,which isworth promoting.
