奥曲肽、泮托拉唑联合生大黄在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用

摘要目的探讨奥曲肽、泮托拉唑联合生大黄在急性胰腺炎患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月～2019年1月我院收治的60例急性胰腺炎患者作为研究对象，按照随机摸球法将其分为对照组（30例）与观察组（30例）。对照组患者采用奥曲肽联合生大黄口服进行治疗，观察组患者采用奥曲肽、泮托拉唑联合生大黄口服进行治疗。比较两组患者的腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、血糖恢复正常时间、健康生活评分及炎性因子水平的变化。结果观察组患者的腹胀消失时间、腹痛消失时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及血糖恢复正常时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后3、6、12d的健康生活评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组患者治疗后的肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）水平低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎患者予以奥曲肽、泮托拉唑联合生大黄口服治疗，能有效缩短患者的症状改善时间，提升健康生活质量，控制肿瘤坏死因子，具有临床应用价值。

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of Octreotide and Pantoprazole combined with Raw Rhubarb in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute pancreatitis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into a control group (n=30)and observation group (n=30)by themethod of touching a ball at random.Patients in the control group were treated with Octreotide in combination with oral administration of Raw Rhubarb.In the observation group,participants were treated with Octreotide in combination with Pantoprazole and oral administration of Raw Rhubarb.The changes of abdominal distension disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,bowel sounds recovery time,time for blood glucose to return to normal,healthy life scores and inflammatory factor levels in the two groupswere compared.Results In the observation group,the abdominal distension disappearance time,abdominal pain disappearance time,bowel sounds recovery time,time for blood glucose to return to normalwere shorter than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The healthy life scores of the observation group after 3,6,12days after treatment were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and interleukin-6(IL-6)in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Treating patients with acute pancreatitis by taking Octreotide combined with Pantoprazole and oral administration of Raw Rhubarb can effectively shorten the time of symptom alleviation,improve the quality of healthy life and control tumor necrosis factor,which has a great value of clinical application.
