Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of health education on clinical nursing pathway in patientswith tuberculosis combined with hepatitis B.Methods From July 2016to June 2019,150 patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B who were treated in our hospital were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into control group(n=75)and study group(n=75)by a random number tablemethod.In the control group,routine health education was used,and in the study group,clinical nursing pathway health education was applied.The disease awareness rate,medication compliance,nursing satisfaction,and negative emotion scores were compared between the two groups.Results The disease awareness rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The totalmedication compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the anxiety score or depression score between the two groups before the nursing intervention(P>0.05).The anxiety and depression scores of the study group after the nursing intervention were lower than those of the control group,with statistical differences (P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with tuberculosis and hepatitis B,application of health education on clinical nursing pathways can improve patient′s awareness of the disease,enhance patients′medication compliance,increase patient′s nursing satisfaction,and improve their negative emotions.
