Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 120 patients with acute cerebral infarction treated in our hospital from June 2017 to March 2018 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=60) by the random number table methods.Patients in the control group were treated with Clopidogrel, and in the observation group, they were treated with Atorvastatin Calcium combined with Clopidogrel. The inflammatory factors, the degree of neurological impairment and the total effectiveness rate were compared between the two groups. Results After two weeks of treatment, the levels of interleukin-6 (IL-6), tumor necrosis factor-α ( TNF-α) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP) in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The neurological impairment score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effectiveness rate in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of Atorvastatin Calcium and Clopidogrel in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction can significantly reduce inflammatory factors and alleviate neurological impairment, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
