Abstract:Objective To discuss the application effect of optimizing the nursing process of trauma first aid in trauma patients.Methods A total of 66 cases of trauma emergency patients admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group (n=33) and observation group (n=33)by order of admission.The control group was used routine first aid nursing process,the observation group was used optimize the process of trauma emergencynursing.The first aid time,success rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The vehicle time,triage time,intravenous medication time and treatment time in observation group was shorter than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total success rate of the observation group was 96.97%,higher than 81.82% in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of observation group was 90.91%,higher than 69.70% in control group,the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Optimizing the process of trauma first aid nursing can shorten the time of emergency nursing,improve the success rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction,then improve the quality of medicalnursing.
