Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect and safety of laparoscopic surgery on ovarian cysts during pregnancy. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 82 patients with ovarian cysts during pregnancy who underwent surgery in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018.Patients were divided into the laparoscopic group (n=67)and the open group (n=15) according to the different surgical methods.Intraoperative and postoperative indicators and neonatal outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The highest proportion of postoperative pathological types in the laparoscopic group were mature teratomas. The operative time, postoperative ventilation time and postoperative hospitalization time of the laparoscopic group were shorter than those in the laparotomy group, and the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the laparotomy group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).There were no significant differences between the two groups in weight, gestational age and Apgar score (P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for ovarian cyst during pregnancy is safe and effective, and compared with traditional open surgery,it has more advantages.Under the condition of strict evaluation of indications,it can be the first choice for surgical treatment of ovarian cyst during pregnancy.
