Abstract:Objective To explore effect of personalized nursing on persistent headache after intracranial aneurysm intervention. Methods A total of 80 cases with severe headache after aneurysm interventional therapy admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to May 2019 were selected as research objects and divided into observation group (n=40)and control group (n=40) according to random number table method. The control group were received routine nursing while the observation group were received individualized nursing in this study. Then the incidence of neck pain, dizziness, headache, nausea and vomiting after intervention were compared between the two groups. The ultrasound indexes(vertebral artery diameter, blood flow velocity and resistance index) of the affected vertebral artery after intervention were compared between the two groups. The clinical intervention effects in the two groups of patients were compared. Results After intervention, the incidence of neck pain, dizziness and headache, nausea and vomiting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After intervention, the diameter of vertebral artery in the affected side of the observation group was larger than control group, average blood flow velocity was faster than control group, the resistance index was smaller than control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for patients with persistent headache caused by intracranial aneurysm can significantly improve headache symptoms, cerebral blood supply and clinical therapeutic effect.
