Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of targeted nursing on the prognosis of hemodialysis (HD) patients. Methods A total of 60 patients with advanced uremia admitted to our hospital from September 2016 to March 2018 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (n=30) and observation group (n=30) according to random number table method. The control group adopted routine nursing method, while the observation group adopted targeted nursing method. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results The levels of serum creatinine and urea nitrogen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences(P<0.05), there were no significant differences in the levels of white blood cells, red blood cells, blood sodium and blood potassium between the two groups (P>0.05); the levels of diastolic blood pressure (SBP), systolic blood pressure(DBP), mean arterial pressure (MAP) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The score of quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing has a good effect on HD patients. It can improve the serum creatinine level and urea nitrogen level, reduce the levels of SBP, DBP and MAP, while it has a good stability on the levels of white blood cells, red blood cells,, blood sodium and blood potassium, and improve the quality of life of patients.
