Abstract:Objective To analyze the independent risk factors of hypertensive in native Tibetan. Methods A total of 111 cases of hypertension admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the case group.Altogether 236 non-hypertensive patients were selected as the control group. The clinical data of the two groups were compared, and the risk factors of hypertension were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis. Results There were significant differences in age, blood pressure, occupation, educational level and drinking between two groups (P<0.05).Logistic multivariate analysis showed that age (β=0.050, OR=1.051, 95%CI:[1.008~1.096]), systolic blood pressure (β=0.100,OR=1.105, 95%CI:[1.071~1.140]), diastolic blood pressure (β=0.061, OR=1.063, 95%CI:[1.012~1.116]) were risk factor for hypertension (P<0.05).Conclusion Native Tibetan hypertensive patients need to actively reduce blood pressure, especially in older patients, they need to know their blood pressure values in real time and adjust blood pressure values in time.
